We’re adding a new feature here at the Aggressive Optimism Podcast called Coffee with Katie! Every Friday, I will sit down with my friend and one of the biggest reasons this podcast exists, Katie Jefcoat and talk all things mindset, goal-setting and dream making.
In this first Coffee with Katie episode, Katie and I talk about Intentional Margins (listen to find out what the heck that is), making choices that allow you to design your day, your way and the fantastic community Katie has created that I’m completely obsessed with and how it can benefit you too.
The energy of this Friday feature is Let’s make our dreams happen together! Katie and I talk almost every day and because of our conversations both of us have been able to accomplish some huge goals just this year alone (cough – podcast – cough) and we wanted to share those conversations with you as if you were eves dropping with us over our morning coffee. Yes, these are the things we talk about regularly because we love a good goal and productivity is the name of our game.
Today’s conversation definitely leans a bit more toward teaching and talking about Katie’s amazing community, but that’s just because it’s the first episode. Tune in every Friday were we’re going to talk about our week, the mindset things we’ve learned, relearned and put to practice and how we are striving each and every day to be examples of what we talk about on both of our platforms.
